Dear Researchers,
I have been using ModLoop web-server to add residues which are not given in pdb file of a protein; I mean to fill the gap in the pdb file. I am interested to use another loop modelling server ( or downloadable software) similar to Modloop. I tried a few by googling but I have not found yet the server (like ModLoop) which is easy to use and fast as well. Any suggestions from experts and users will be appreciated.

We recently published Frag'r'Us and we've had quite success with it. It will offer a limited number of non-redundant options to fill the loops in a structure.
