Can anyone advise where I could buy inexpensive wideband laser diode in visible range (not less 1 nm)? I need it for speckle suppression experiment. Only price and waveband are important.
What you mean by "wideband"? Do you mean IR range? Check www.laserlands.net.
to Khaled M Dadesh: I mean visible range (400-650 nm) and bandwidth not less 1 nm·/
Look for the LD which are stated as multimode. Normally these are high power LDs and they have a broader spectrum than singlemode LDs.
Shanghai Dream Lasers Technology
Inexpensive,The Stability of the laser beam output is very good and you can choose between several options of wavelength and output power
Also, you can work in TTL mode if you want
only you need a signal generator with TTL output function
for eg. Fluke signal generator
