How did you define your dynamic mesh zones? Probably you forgot to set the adjacent zones to deforming so they can move along.

Also,something that may help is to type on the main screen:

/define/models/dynamic-mesh-controls/smoothing-parameter> as

spring-based smoothing for all cell types [no] yes

What kind of motion(Lateral, horiz, rotational ), do you have BL mesh around airfoil, If yes do you apply your motion to that BL mesh.

i think you must use UDF codes for re-meshing process

I agree with João and Dimitrios

And you can use UDF

Instead of UDF, if the motion is simple you can use profile file, which is much easier than writing UDF.
