I would like to know if anyone have experiences with using any kind of software related to analytical method validation. Hopefully it can assist in visualization and interpretation data as well. Currently I'm using Design of Experimental for optimization of my research work. In term of linearity, reproducibility, repeatibility, recovery and etc. It is possible or not (probably) to have a software which can help to present more interactive way?
Dear Afiq, Although it is not clear in your question that what kind of analytical job you actually you want to perform through the soft: For instance, if you want to develop RPHPLC method then you can choose Chrom Sword....for interpretation of your results you can choose Dionex HPLC in built software according to ICH guideline etc. But if you want to interpret your method's design of experiments (DoE) according to a suitable design space then you can choose MINITAB. Minitab is a excellent software to do many statistical jobs like DoE, ANOVA etc. Fusion LC method development software is also very popular for Analytical method development.
It may be a good idea to check the program pac procontrol 6.2.

A few years ago I used the "Validation Manager" which was developed in Switzerland for pharmaceutical validation work. It worked very well for my requirements. THis product is currently distributed by VWR (details: https://uk.vwr.com/app/Header?tmpl=/chromatography/validation_manager.htm)
I also know of a public domain project, please refer to sourceforge.net/projects/validationmgr/ for details

But the cost is its limitation. very expensive and no perpetual license.
The configuration and data entry is user friendly and reports are professional.
