Can anybody tell me how to prepare Methyl jasmonate stock and final solution ?

I need to prepare 200µM MeJA solution. How can I prepare the stock solution and then the final solution? I have methyl jasmonate 95% in liquid form, made from Sigma-Aldrich company having MW:224.30g/mol.
