Most any commercial HPLC column with a C18 phase would satisfy your request. A fresh, clean new column, which is sized correctly for your specific HPLC system, plumbing and application would be more important. Column "lifetime" is more a function of the specific application it is used for and the training of the user. No need to worry about such things for most samples. Instead, focus on learning the basics of HPLC (e.g. Column Void volume, K prime, proper washing/flushing etc) and training. Work with an experienced chromatographer to develop a method using standards at first. Determine the column's void volume, sample K prime and optimized wavelength (for UV/VIS samples).
