I am looking for a precise and comprehensive source for protocols of laboratory techniques which are used in biotechnology or cell culture and related subjects .Do you know guys any functional and reliable laboratory protocol's book or website or even e-book? the other problem which I have is in my country there is problem with accessing so many website for download .I would appreciate you guys to help me to get a good protocol's sources via email or any other accessible way .

There are series for protocols in Current Protocols... Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cytometry etc. Also, Nature Methods is a good source for advanced methods. It is possible to download some protocols from Current Protocols, for Nature Methods you can send a request to publisher. I strongly recommend Current Protocols series because all of the published protocols are written by people who have experience on the methods.
