I'm from Turkey. I'm going to perform microarray analysis (mRNA/miRNA) from cell lines. If you ever work with a commercial company in Europe, I will be very please to have your feedbacks. Because I need a company which gives a good quality service and good price.
Instead of doing a microarray have you thought about doing RNAseq? Our lab has moved away from microarrays because RNAseq is much more useful.
We've used Affymetrix microRNA Genechip 4.0 microarray that gave us some decent results (http://www.affymetrix.com/catalog/131473/AFFY/miRNA-Array#1_1). This microarray contains probe for all miRNAs documented in miRBase. Depends on what species you are working on, you might consider Austin's suggestion to perform a RNAseq experiment instead of microarray.
Rna seq is not only more useful but for microRNAs, plexing the sample 12x (12 samples in one lane) is also cheaper.
