I'm looking for a primary antibody (conjugated with a fluorophore having an excitation near 550 nm, if possible) to label CD34 proteins at its domain out of the cell surface for immunofluorescence.
In our lab, my colleagues were using antibodies from Cell Signalling for Flow Cytometry based analysis. Later on, due to its cost, they started to use antibodies from eBiosicience. As far I know, eBioscience offers some different conjugated versions. You may find your desired conjugated fluorophore among them. Both brand can be used in immunofluorescence as well.
R&D CD34 for immunohistochemistry work pretty good but the price is higher too. I used to BioLegend and eBioScience for flow cytometry staining but I never tried on tissue section, cheaper and show consistent results, too. This two companies normally provide a wide variety of fluorescence conjugation and host.
