Shouldn't the patient's name be

in the metadata, here called tags?

Are you looking for data within your own university or hospital's system? If not, you might look into access to some public databases. I'm not sure about matched CT, but there is a pediatric MRI repository run by the NIH (http://pediatricmri.nih.gov/nihpd/info/index.html). The national database for autism research also has normal MRI data.
