I already read the article "Identification of new populations of chicken natural killer (NK) cells" written by "Christine A. Jansen". Can anybody help me how can I find ChCD107 ? Which company provided this Ab?

If I understand it right, Jansen et al. got the hybridoma LEP-7 which produced the Ab from DSHB. They purified and biotinylated the Ab from the supernatant. So they didn´t really buy the Ab. Maybe C. Jansen will give you some Ab or additional information, if you ask her? She is the corresponding author in this paper. And also a member of Research Gate...

Thank you for your answer, Before one of my lab mate Emailed her, but she did not reply.Even his supervisor Emailed her and still they did not get any reply. I Already Emailed DSHB and regarding to them, hopefully they have "5G10 is a mouse IgG1 that recognizes chicken CD107" .

If you don´t want to stick strictly to a monoclonal one, I found a polyclonal Ab which is also available and reacts with chicken:

Maybe that one is also suitable for you (if you don´t want to perform any flow cytometry).
