In my experiment, I found a negative correlation of ORP with predominant N forms (NH4+ -N, TN & NO3- -N), Chla, WT, DO, SPC & pH whereas it had a positive relation with phosphate, total phosphorous, and NTU. Can anybody help me to solve this?

I think it will be better to screen microbial diversity and their sensitivity towards release of enzymes ....it can give new thoughts to the research
@ Anila, the significance of Oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) is it measures the ability of a lake to cleanse itself or break down waste products, such as contaminants and dead plants and animals. It also indicate the possible contamination in your lake water. In general, the higher the ORP value, the healthier the lake is. In general, a positive reading on an ORP meter means that the substance is an oxidizing agent; a negative reading indicates that the substance is a reducing agent. The lower the reading, the more anti-oxidizing it is.
