I got the following preparation procedure (IN BOLD) in a paper for synthesis of gold nanoparticles of different sizes but I am confused with the term wt% of gold chloride (chlorauric acid) and trisodium citrate involved in the following reaction:

"We have prepared the gold nanoparticles by adding different amounts (200, 240, 280, 320, 360, and 400 μl) of 1 wt.% trisodium citrate solution to 50 ml of 0.01 wt.% chlorauric acid solution while heating to boiling."

How to convert this wt% of chlorauric acid and trisodium citrate to milligrams (mg)?
