In my PhD work, I want to clone some important genes in to the LAB bacteria but I dont know which plasmid use. ADDGENE good source for plasmids but I also need your help. Can Anybody help me "which plasmids are suitable for gene cloning in probiotic lactobacillus species, AND How can I obtain this plasmid(s)?"
