The geochemical background concentration values of the elements in the Earth’s crust is variable and site-specific. However, you can consult books like  Soil Chemistry by Bohn etal and Chemistry of the Soil by F.E. Bear.

As rightly said - The geochemical background concentration of the elements in the Earth’s crust is variable. There are many books on Soil Science from where you can get your desire answer.

For this issue I have used the classic US Geological Service publication, Shackelette and Boerngen (1984, complete citation below).  I have it in hard copy, but I would guess that by now it is available on the web, probably at no charge.  Maybe it also has been updated and expanded in geographical scope.  If you are looking for a whole-earth value for each element, however, I don't know that such values can be found, as sampling is an obvious problem.  The geographic or regional approach is usually adequate, actually preferable (unless you are an astronomer), for example, to compare a sample taken with a regional background concentration to evaluate contamination at a particular site.

Thanks Dear Abdul Ghafoor for your response, it s exactly, Although a real pristine status of trace elements in soils does not exist nowadays, even in remote regions, some values of trace elements in “uncontaminated” soils are prerequisites as reference values for the evaluation of soil pollution.
