I am analyzing Protein Protein interaction networks. I am using R studio for network analysis. For comparing real world networks with random network models there is a measure called Graphlet Degree Distribution Agreement. Can any one suggest any tool for calculation Graphlet degree distribution agreement.

You should use Graphcrunch2. The original web-site is down, but you can still ask the authors to get it (or other graphlet related software)
