Can any one suggest Tools for Calculating Graphlets degree distribution agreement.?

Hi all,

I am analyzing Protein Protein interaction networks. I am using R studio for network analysis. For comparing real world networks with random network models there is a measure called Graphlet Degree Distribution Agreement. Can any one suggest any tool for calculation Graphlet degree distribution agreement.
