Hello Research enthusiasts.
We have been looking for proper primary antibody for p-ACC in rats liver sample for western blot. We tried one antibody from Millipore but couldn't detect the band.We are planning to look with cell signalling(#3661) but not sure about its reliability. Any idea about how good is this antibody.Since we have time and budget constraint(like many of you might have ), we want to make sure before using this antibody.
Sharing ideas and suggestions are all welcomed.

I don't know if it helps, but I had good results with p-ACC (#3661) in bovine granulosa cells. It was a very clean antibody!
Thanks Anthony D Horlock .Those are nice bands. However we are trying on liver sample from rat. I hope for good results.
