In my TiO2 all three phases are present. Can any one help to suggest how to refine all three phases (Anatase, Brookite and Rutile) where anatase is present in major ratio but on loading all cif file in phase and doing iteration in Maud software it is not showing any anatase parameter. Please suggest those who are using Maud software for refinement. It is almost showing brookite content.

You need better data. Signal to noise and resolution are extremely poor. You cannot perform quantitative analysis with that data. Do you have a pattern of a standard material to see if the problem is your sample or the instrument?
Instead of Maud...better to do riteveld refinement using Full Prof software. Multiphase refinement can be easily done by Full Prof software. First of all, refine major anatase phase...and then add rutile and brookite phase parameters and refine accordingly.
In the calculated pattern there are too large peaks. Fix the broadening to low values, so the brookite does not prevail on the other phases. I think that it is better to use all the three phases already from the first refinement steps. Try to insert the phases with the all the parameters fixed and proceed gradually with their variation. It seems that also background problems are present
Here..is your rietveld refinement of TiO2 mixed phases...Find the attached zipped folder containing .pcr and output file of rietveld refinement. You have to run .pcr file in full prof sotware. Also find the attached refined plot file in origin as well as in .tif format, in which I quoted the phase percentage of each phase, goodness of fit, and profile parameters. I am also sending its graphic file in .bmp format...

please check cif files used in MAUD and check lattice parameters. In my opinion analysis of your data should show consistent results irrespective of program used. With regards
I can try it, if you present your datafiles, instrumental parameters, and .cif's for the phases you are using. As I recall sometimes MAUD would not correctly recognize the space group in the .cif file, maybe this is what is happening in your case.

Do you mean - how to export diffraction patterns? In menu, go to "Graphic -> Plot selected dataset", and in a new window go to menu "Tools -> Export … (select either experimental data, or computed data, or other options)". This will make an ASCII file with intensities etc.
