Normally the GCMS facility of educational institutions will not permit you give samples of aqueous extract as they are very apprehensive of getting the MS column damaged. However, there are analytical laboratories who might help and you should get their addresses on the internet. The fees might be too exhorbitant in such cases.
Our university (University of Rajasthan) has such kind of facilities but i need to confirm first whether they allow outsiders other than the university.
Dharmendra Arya Thanks and regards. please let me know about your confirmation about GCMS facility in University of Rajasthan. Kindly do the needful its very urgent.
