I used methylcyclohexane/ ethylcyclohexane / n-butyl acetate mixed solvent to dissolve thermoplastic SBS & terpene resin. The mixture is then poured onto a glass substrate. After solvent volatilization, a large number of pores caused by trapped bubbles remained on the surface of SBS membrane. Is there any effective way to get rid of the bubbles? Is NIPS (Nonsolvent Induced Phase Separation) the right direction to explore?
