Can any one help how to make haplotypes from MLVA allele profiles using Genalex or any other software?

Hello dear Muhammad,

Try to use POWERMARKER v3.25 or Cervus Version 3.0.7, both are availaible freely you can download. Powermarkers is age-old but very useful software, change date and time on your computer when using this software
