I'm interested in getting access to Ulrichsweb.com because I would like to be able to recognize two peer-reviewed (refereed) journals.
However, my college does not have a subscription.
Can any of you help me to check if these are peer reviewed ?

As far as I think, you want to check out whether journals belong to ISI. To do that, we have the following ways:
1. Go to the journal's main page, at tab "Abstracting and Indexing", you should see "Science Citation Index", "Scopus", etc.
2. In Google, type the name of Journal + Thomson and Reuters. If journals belong to ISI, you will see that show on the search results.
