My advice would be for you to hire a professional translator, especially someone with expertise in academic translations. Machine translation of any type of text will never capture discourse and stylistic features, and thus, will never be able to render appropriate, let aside, naturallly-occurring language in context.

I am afraid that even if you use the best automatic translation tools your paper will not meet the language requirements of most academic journals. Having the text edited or proofread by a language professional might be a much better alternative.

A colleague of mine has recently recommended Grammarly to me. Even though it cannot be used to translate documents, it might help you to identify some mistakes in your writing. It comes in free and paid versions so you do not have to pay anything to find out whether you like it or not. I do not know, however, how accurate this app is.

You can upload either audio or text files. If you have a audio file than RE does the transcription on that. Once the file is uploaded you can begin analysis of the data. Perhaps consider checking it out and determining if it is a good fit for your needs.
