I did one of my experimental work related enzyme immobilized on iron (III) oxide for as a biocatalyst for biodiesel production. I have done material preparation and its characterization part. I thoroughly went through the report. you carried out an excellent experimental studies. But in my point of view, you may rewrite the summary by taking important results into account. You need not mention the difficulties you have faced already and what you have done during your experiments. So rewrite the summary.
In FT-IR analysis, 2nd line you have to mention the unit of wavenumber and take the whole numbers alone.

Here are some suggestions:
-You said that you found 1.1nm particle size but SEM images show agglomerated particles and they are 100nm? Is this OK?
-Do the C-H stretching vibrations mode come from silane?
-Giving only a single particle size calculation from table 1 is better.
Excuse my ignorance if I get wrong.

Thanks for your suggestions. 1.1 nm was calculated by using Scherrers formula from XRD analysis. In XRD, Diffraction can occur between the two successive place in crystal. But this one can give approximately. SEM images are obtained in several hundred nanometers. But TEM reveals that, the particle sizes from 20 - 100 nm.
Your average crystallite size is not 1.1 nm since peaks are so sharp, Bases on your data it seems crystallite size is around 40-68 nm. Moreover your calculations depends on how accurately you fitted the diffraction peaks. If fittings are not good, it effects your results. Find attachment I calculated crystallite sizes from your data. They are 40-70 nm in average. If you have any questions let me know! Have a good day!

Thanks for your suggestion and calculating the crystalline size. there are five peaks only accurately fitted. I need a details from you, How did you calculate the crystalline size. How can find the accurately fitted peaks in XRD patten. So please explain about that. But I am using JCPDS software system and matching the 2 theta and d spacing values. which values are more matching. I am considering that values.
1. I used Scherrer equation for the calculations.
2. For accurately fitting, You can use some software like origin! Goodness of fitting depend on your data! How long you run your XRD. Moreover, there are many instrumental factors which influence the broadening! To minimize errors you have to standardize your XRD by using some standards.
Now the point is if you are getting average crystallite size from 5 peaks, take average from those peaks which are nicely fitted. It means R2 is around 1. In my last calculations i simply used your data!
