as I understand you have basically two questions: 1) why the force-displacement curve consists of straight lines ans 2) why there are no Bauschinger effect.

1) It may be beneficial to increase the number of field output frames per step. To do this, in Step module go to Output->Field Output Requests Manager. From there, try to set the "Frequency" option to at least 100 frames per one circle. You can do thisby choosing frame time "Every x units of time", or by total number of frames "Evenly spaced time intervals".

2) Exactly what manifestation of the Bauschinger effect do you want to see on the cyclic test graph? To me, the results look quite plausible, although the curves are not exactly smooth. If you determine the properties of a plastic material using a kinematic hardening flow curve (in your case flow line, as you define linear plasticity), the force-displacement curve will reach a steady state circle after a few amplitudes and will remain almost unchanged regardless of the number of amplitudes.

The model consists of an isotropic and kinematic part. The isotropic part determines the expansion of the yield locus, and the kinematic part controls the displacement of the yield locus. In your material properties description, there is only the kinematic part, meaning that the material does not harden, only the yield locus shifts.

If you want define both kinamatic and isotropic part, you can use "Combined" hardening option for kinematic part and "Suboptions->Cyclic Hardening" option for isotropic part.
