Hi, our data are organized as folow: First column represent season S1 to S4, second column represent treatment for each season (T1 to T 4) with 5 values (=5 plant observed randomly) per treatment (T) and other six columns of various predators (number of predators /plant per treatment). I have to use a generalized linear mixed effect model (glmm) with a poisson error distribution to analyse this dataset.
