Hi, our data are organized as folow: First column represent season S1 to S4, second column represent treatment for each season (T1 to T 4) with 5 values (=5 plant observed randomly) per treatment (T) and other six columns of various predators (number of predators /plant per treatment). I have to use a generalized linear mixed effect model (glmm) with a poisson error distribution to analyse this dataset. However, since there are several pitfalls in this analysis (choosing the right ranking of the random effects, zero inflated count data, overdispersion) Iappreciate that a stat specialist can help me.
