I am trying to search list of publications using ISI Web of Knowledge but the website asks me always to sign in and no matter how i try to sign in with my Email and password i can't access to the website, may be it is a matter of IP address since i am connecting from Home. Is there a way to search references without sign in or is there another website with a large database to search all available literature about a particular subject?

No i don't think that Tunisia has access to the ISI? in this case what can i do? is there any other way to search publications?

In fact, in Tunisia, like in several other countries around the world, you can get access from your University to several bibliographic databases related to the ISI (now Thomson Reuters) through the “Centre National Universitaire de Documentation Scientifique et Technique, Tunis”. So, all Universities in Tunisia have access to the Thomson Reuters products (formerly known as ISI Web of Knowledge). I suggest you to contact this Centre mentioned above to get useful information about access procedure.
