Can a single dosage of Brucella abortus S19 OMV(15micro gram) provide adequate protection against challenge in mice ?Why booster require?

You need a booster dose with incomplete adjuvant in order to get a long lasting immune response in case of searching for a vaccine candidate. However, if your aim is to search for a diagnostic candidate , the first dose should be sufficient.
