If an oil in water emulsion made by mixing oil in water using surfactant separates after sometime, then can it be mixed again to form the emulsion? Kindly provide references (if any) along with the answer.
It can be again emulsified by adding to the fresh emulsion of same composition. But it will not give you stability. U should avoid doing so.
