In anticline structure carbonate Reservoir of areal extension 31x10 km with 24 to26 degrees. no compartments. And no faces alteration (hydraulic continuty exist) multiple Downhole samples, MDT, and well testing samples were taken the bubble point ranging from 2140 psi in one flank to 2746 psi as average.
Greetings, compartments in carbonate reservoirs can be very subtle so challenging the assumption that there is just one may lead to a new (and profitable) interpretation. I did have that experience during my career. If you are confident there is only one compartment, then I would suspect the data variation comes from using multiple approaches to measurement. If fluid properties and structure are well-known, a basin model may help.

Seismic interpretation. Well tests and MDTs all suggests that there is only one compartment so the initial pressure and reservoir modeling are uniform. And the analysis despite they are same approaches but t the only thing I suspect is the sampling approach. The operator suggests that there is difference in composition after C8 the percentages are different that's why pb has multiple values.
And that is the dispute with them
Could there have been two different source rocks contributing to the reservoir from different directions with different suites of organic matter - perhaps one with more gas-prone kerogen?

This possibility was never suspected because for this reservoir in all Iraq the studies confirmed that a specific formation named sergelu is the source rock. But it could be two different source rocks.
If rock samples from core or cuttings are available, it might be possible to see if the source rock interval is more complex than assumed. Taking samples throughout the interval for geochemical analysis might help. Comparing extracted hydrocarbons to pyrolysis results might be enlightening with regard to fluid prediction.
