Can a pyridine ring bind to APTES silanized glass using succinic anhydride?

I am looking for a stable bond between pyridine ring and Glass surface which can work in physiological aqueous conditions.

Hi Assim Verma Pyridine is aromatic like and relatively unreactive. You could try using pyridine carboxylic acid and couple it to APTES through EDC chemistry.
