Western blot of HeLa and Vero cells using phospho-Akt (ser473) antibody show double bands at around 70 Kda?

The actual size of p-Akt is 60 Kda. Why it is not detected in Vero and HeLa cells? I am using both protease and phosphatase inhibitors in the lysates. Has anyone experienced same problem?
