When more than one biomolecules attempt to enter into a cell membrane at once (in a large quantity) does it impede the transfection process?

Hi.
I think all normal and healthy cells has a control system for everything that it cause staying balance and healthy.
If you want to overload a system, any system, you must manipulate the controlling system. This kind of controlling system is up to your desire work that you want to do on a cell.
Actually I am a Medical Entomologist and not expert in working with cells.
But this is my idea.

The purpose of the question is not clear. There are active and passive transport mechanisms for transport of specific ions and molecules. Concentration gradient governs only passive transport across the membrane.
