The drop in permeability around the MCWO is not that sharp, and in addition permeability depends on molecular shape. When the molecule you are dealing with is close to the MWCO, sometimes you get cases when a protein slightly below the MWCO is retained, or a protein above it passes.
Now, I don't have experience with the ultrafiltration of antibodies but based on what I have seen with smaller proteins I'd say yes, it would be possible for a 150 kDa antibody to pass through a 100 kDa cut-off filter.
It depends on an assay you are doing. If you would like to pass through the nanoparticles receptor bound than, it is advisble to use 100 KDa filter for 150 KDa antibody.
