Can 10% carbolic acid (Phenol) solution, be autoclaved at 121 deg celcius, for 20 minutes?

Can Phenol/carbolic acid solution, prepared in sterile water, to a strength of 10% be safely steam autoclaved, in a vertical autoclave, for 15 to 20 minutes, at 121 - 125 Celcius?

If yes, what precautions to follow during the process?

Sure, autoclaving a 10 % solution of carbolic acid at 120 °C (Celsius) is generally safe because the boiling temperature of phenols is 180 °C and they decompose above 200 °C.
