Why not try it and see? The answer is likely to be 'yes' but the proportions in which there is full solubility may be over a wide or full range but need to be confirmed. The nonyl alcohol is of high molecular mass but is polar as is the 'acetone' solvent and 'like prefers like' is a good general rule.
I tried it, added 5ul 1-nonanol to 2ul acac. Solution turned from watery to a bit sticky. still alot of precipitation and suspensions. Not sure whether to add acac then sonicate it before adding 1-nonanol and T-X or T-X only.
The solvent here appears to be the nonylalcohol. With materials this cheap try 2mL of nonanol added to 10 mL of the acetone. The acetone should be the main component. Are you a chemist?
You can give a try If use small amount of nonanol, as its slightly soluble in water , you can use its 1uL in 1mL of water (i.e. roughly 1:1000), try to make dilute solution, dilute solutions are mostly well dispersed. and you can use dilute solution for coating. triton X-100 and acac are water soluble.
