i don’t see the need if you are dealing with the total sample N. Calculations are usually estimates of the N and since you are exhausting the total population, some statistical models will be null and void. With a proportion you need calculations to minimize the errors when reporting the results but with the entire or complete enumeration absolute values are validated.
Generally the selection of sample size should be in proportion with population size so you can select the sample size which is proportioniate with population size
The sample size is depends upon the purpose of survey and it determined the area of survey, based on this we decided the sample size.
