Calculating Precipitation Erosion from Daily Precipitation Data？??

There are daily precipitation data from 1951 to 2015, as shown in the figure below. The sample data is a txt file attached, and the site situation is shown in the figure below.

I would like to ask how to use the following formula to calculate precipitation erosivity through code or ArcGIS.
