My paper was published by a famous ACM Journal but then quickly removed. I am very unhappy about this. I am absolutely correct. The paper writing is not good, but logically it can be understood. My program in VC++ works very well. This time I add the program.exe. You can try it. I often meet experts say: cannot understand. So I wish a USA specialist rewrite my paper to be as a coauthor. You must be a famous scientist in this field and must be very strong in computer algorithm so that you can understand my paper by discussing with me.
