A male patient aged 67 presented with bullous pemphigoid,duration 6 years. Prior to attending us, he received steroid, Wysolone, and methotrexate with no cure. Our treatment and management include----------in the morning the lesions were oxidized with Condy's lotion, wiping dry, applying Wrightia tinctoria herbal extract in coconut oil, intake of 5 ml extract orally and exposure to morning Sun light for 15 minutes. This is done twice daily in the morning and evening. The patients is advised to boost immunity by following-------------   1. Timely sleep and rest 2. Diet also includes vegetables, grains and fruits 3. Regular exercise for one hour 4. Regular excretion of body waste metabolites through skin, urine, breath and stool  5. Generous intake of water 6 Positive emotions. The patient responded well to treatment in 3 months. The patient continued the treatment for a year resulting in complete cure.
