I would like to use bulk TCR sequencing to select patients to then do scTCR seq - however, I could not find any clear evidence comparing the sensitivity of bulk vs scTCR seq. Does anyone have any idea of the difference of detection between the two techniques and how likely am I to retrieve a specific TCR seq found in bulk TCR seq when analysed at a single cell level ?
