hi friends,

i am doing protein test by bradfrod method. i made coomesbrilliant blue reagent G-250 according to standard protocol.but i did not get same colour of that reagnet as it is stated in protocol( perhaps pink or light red/brown) my reagent is of blue colour. i don't know what is wrong with this i did twice. please and body is there to help me.
