Blue native gel for nfkb?

HI, all can we able to differentiate 5kb base pair difference with Blue native Page gel electrophoresis.

Anyone has idea for some otehr technique to differentiate homodimer formation for NFkb1(100 Kda) and its precursor(105 Kda)
