I have some gene markers that were recently reported as an important drug target site for Cryptococcus, Aspergillus, Candida, using comparative genomics. These genes are necessary for survival of these fungi species during any infection. Hence I am considering using them as biomarkers for optimized diagnosis and treatment management. However, I am handicapped as to how to design studies that will utilize them. I need someone with competence in biomarkers designed studies.
