Dear Nashwa,

Try using Esterification reaction before proceeding to transesterification reaction. For 100 ml of oil ,simply take 60 ml of methanol and add 1ml of concentrated Sulphuric Acid. Let the reaction be carried out for 1 hour under continuous stirring & heating @ 60oC. After completion of reaction, separate the mixture and try finding out its FFA content. This should have reduced the FFA content in your oil.
