Dear Researcher

I am working on glucose binding with boronic acids in block copolymers by micellization. During DLS and TEM results, I found that size of micelles increases on binding with glucose (i.e. from 80 nm to 170 nm), which is quite opposite to reported data. (After binding with glucose abrupt reduction in aggregate size from 100 to 6 nm, as observed by DLS  (figure attached)). Please help me to understand this.
