I understand your question you next way. You are in the hydrophilic part of the surfactant copolymer added glucose. Without  the addition of glucose aggregation number it was great. After addition of glucose to a hydrophilic part of the molecule decreased aggregation number. Your molecule complex, but your aggregation process is illustrated by comparison of simpler molecules:

C9 H19COO(CH2CH2O)7CH3           86 number of aggregation

C9 H19COO(CH2CH2O)11,9CH3     48 number of aggregation.

Increasing the hydrophilic part of the molecule decreases the micelle hydrophobic interaction, and therefore the number of aggregation decreases.

What I understand from this is; when hydrophilic part of micelles was increased due to glucose binding, micelles will disintegrate (core and corona will not be distinguishable) into separate blocks i.e. unimers. which results in low aggregation and decrease in size.

Yes, you understood correctly.

If I interpret the scheme provided correctly, it says, that adding glucose the micelles are broken up into individual macromolecules giving equivalent reading of 6 nm (block copolymers are not spheres).

as it seems to me from the scheme it should mean molecules of block copolymer bound to boronic acid. This maybe complexed with glucose. Would further assume binding to glucose leads to destruction of micelles ('aggregation number 1').
