Our lab is looking to invest in a liquid handling robot to help us with nucleic acid extraction, PCR and qPCR, primarily for plant virus diagnostics and indexing. Does anyone have suggestions on machines around the USD 30,000 level that provide a good combination of usability, accuracy, flexibility of application and value. We have been looking at the EPmotion 5070 and the Tecan Freedom Evo 75 and would particularly welcome comments on the capabilities of those two units. Many thanks!!
