Hi everyone,

I am planning to use data from clinical presentation, demoscopic images, proteomics and genomics to find out the correlation between each. The data are coming from the same patients. The whole purpose of this is to find out the best methode or a combination of methods that could be used to predict patient outcome and appropriate treatment options. As example, I want to see the correlation between a group of these patients who have Gene A mutation and their dermoscopic and clinical presentation. This would help to predict if futur patients with certain dermoscopic and clinical presentation would have Gene A mutation without actually performing a gene test.

The same with proteomics data.
