Studying bacterial lipids extracted using Bligh-Dyer.  Analytes of interest are the phospholipids, specifically PE and PG (these dominate in E. Coli, for example).  Using LC-MS (ESI) for analysis.  What is best sample diluent to re-dissolve the final dry-downs from the Bligh-Dyer?

Note that my LC gradient starts at 15% Aq and 85% MeOH, so need to be (at least somewhat) mindful of the whole "don't dissolve in diluent that is stronger than your initial gradient" idea.
