I am using Big Marker for the time being. You can register for a couple of months now for free. I create my lectures as webinars and invite students directly from BM by just copying their email addresses. The invitation is nicely stylized and can be saved as a template for later use.

The functionalities: share screen (whatever you want to play - ppt, video, audio), present document, chat with students at the same time, check if they follow your lecture through polls and Q&A activities, share handouts. There is also a whiteboard to write on it, draw, draft sth at the spur of the moment.

Learning analytics is pretty good, too. You can download the report with all the times throughout the webinar (start, end), number of participants, their names, their activity (how many questions and polls they answered), time spent in lectures, etc.

The whole webinar can be recorded and students can get back to it whenever they want.

I haven't used Zoom as a teacher, only as a participant, so I cannot compare BM and Zoom. However, my students say they prefer Big Marker to Zoom.

In my opinion Zoom and Microsoft Team are the best online platform for teaching and learning. They are user friendly and easy to use.

At our school we all did short 5-10ish minute videos that included the essential teaching content and a quality related activity that reinforced the learning and gave room for differentiation. These could then be replayed by children to revisit the learning.

Using something like Google Meets or Zoom and use that as a Q & A session on the learning to bring greater clarity and extension to the essential content.

Supplying USBs with essential teaching content videos on it so that it was not necessary to go online to get it.

Difficult question to answer since Blackboard is becoming Blackboard ULTRA and CANVAS and BRIGHTSPACE are being revised and renewed---this is a perplexing intricate complex problem for those teaching online-particularly in this age of COVID 19

Zoom has always had features to prevent Zoombombing; however, the features were not activated by default. Now, since recent updates, those security features are turned on by default (passwords, waiting room, etc.). They have also removed the Zoom room number from the display during the meeting so that participants may not share it with others. They have also temporarily removed the ability to share third part files via chat. That feature should return with greater security in the next updates.

If professors and teachers use the available security measures, Zoombombing is no longer an issue.

I have been using Zoom with adults for professional development for years. It has never been a problem.

Zoom (for synchronous communication), Google Classroom (for asynchronous communication), Microsoft Forms (for tests).

We are currently using Webex for synchronous teaching. It is a good idea to utilise Google Classroom for asynchronous communication. Web 2.0 Tools are always handy! To my mind, providing support to students and retaining the idea of a unified teaching process, is the most important part of it.

Yes, Kalina, Google Classrooms and Zoom or Google Meets are great for keeping connection. The latter two can be interactive depending on what you are wanting for your lesson and the age-group you are teaching. We are also using Screencastify on which we create a video for our children to watch. They then have the capacity to re-watch something if they want to understand it better.

We're using Zoom and Google Classroom. Both provide good options for presenting and discussion. Assigning tasks and submission by students is quite uncomplicated in Google Classroom.

I prefer G Suite - google classroom which now includes google meets. Very easy to use. It has good audio, visual, presentation. discussion.

I prefer Moodle, but will add that Google Meet or Hangouts Meet app (Android) helps a lot to teachers...

I am using discord https://discordapp.com/ with a help of graphical table. Discord is great. I made channel for text, materials, practically everything that I need for the courses. The only drawback is that only 50 students at the time can see screen that you share with them. So, if you have smaller groups it is terrific.

Next, on last Sunday I was testing a MS Teams meeting. In last 30-35 days I was using Google meet only, so after Sunday's test I can tell you that both tools are very similar, and I can recommend both of them as video conferencing tools...

There are many methods, and I have tried them including: Moodle, Big Blue Bottom, Video Capture, etc.

All our internet technologies are only as good as them being accessible for students to access. As we have already heard many countries do not that the digital infrastructure to enable all students to have this kind of access.

I think that Microsoft team is good platform to use for online teaching. it enables you to have video and audio calls, follow attendance and also give assignments. also, google meet or hangout is another alternative. wish you the best.

One that I recommend is Khan Academy [1]. It is self contained. The teacher(Tuser) needs only to create a class or import from GooClas.

It has several useful tools & features. Free cost & multilingual & a self-paced learning advantages are included. Very professional I must say.

Google meet, within Google classroom, is one of the most effective online platforms. Moreover, it is persistently being improved!

You can use different platforms for online teaching (it depends on type of online training), but I think one of the most effective ones is Google classroom
